• The item must be identical.  Made by the same manufacture and have the same part number
• The item must be in stock, brand new, and available to ship from matching store
• The price must be a nationally advertised price
• We do not honor "Buy one /Get one free" promos or misprinted advertised prices
• Price must be calculated without the use of coupons, rebates, promotional offers, free shipping or member pricing
