Why Training?...Whether you are a one person shop or much larger,  training is a key element to your success.  Despite some misconception making concrete countertops and elements is NOT a very DIY friendly process and although there are similarities it is not like baking a cake.   There are hundreds of variables that can affect your outcome and an equal number of acceptable ways to produce and deign a quality mix.   It is very difficult to expect to watch a DVD or read a book and become proficient at making a living at this trade.
