FISHSTONE-UV 2K Natural Look, Gallon

Our 2K Natural Look system is a non color enhancing thin build sealer that is designed to leave a very natural look to the concrete while having penetrating & topical properties.  It is easy to apply system that will provide years of excellent performance.

• Concrete to be sealed should be completely dry(minimum of 6 days from casting), clean and free of contaminants prior to sealing.
• Concrete should not be polished above a 400 grit abrasive.  Ideally stop at 200grit to insure good adhesion.
• Be sure to block all stray UV rays or sunlight coming through window or openings as this may cause premature curing of the sealer.
• Solvent-wipe the surface with denatured alcohol or acetone prior to application to remove any contaminates
• Keep area clean & dust free

• Fishstone-UV 2K Natural Look is a two component system that must be mixed with part A and part B to initiate product.
• In a clean container pour in needed amount of part A.  Ideally the use of a scale is best and easiest.  Then pour in 15%(by weight) of part B(catalyst).  This is a 7:1 ratio by volume.  Mix thourouly and the product is ready to be applied to the surface.
• Product can be applied up to 3 mils thick and must be cured using an approved UV curing light.
• Rolling-Soak roller in water and ring out excess water prior to use.  Pour sealer into roller tray then apply using a lint free nap, microfiber or white foam roller.  Once coating is applied allow coating to dry.  Depending on conditions this may take 1-2hours.  The use of fans or dry air can speed up this process.
• A second or third coat can be repeatedly applied prior to curing allowing each coat to dry to the touch between each coat.
• Cure with light
• Clean up with soap & water.
